 Susan Kulakowski, Director and Co-Founder of DDS (Developmental Dental Strategies), a Central Florida consulting firm, brings more than twenty five years of experience to her role as a management consultant.
In addition to her background as a chairside assistant, scheduling co-ordinator, and business administrator, her last years in the practice was in the financial management realm of dentistry.
Susan is an expert in communication, scheduling, treatment plan presentations, insurance and collections, practice management and analysis monitoring, fee rebuttals and overhead control. Linda has personally worked with Susan for over ten years as her mentor and coach.
After she co-founded DDS (Developmental Dental Strategies) Consulting in 2001, with her doctor's blessing, it was a natural for LLM&A to want her on their team.

Susan has presented for the American Dental Association, The Holiday Dental Conference in Charlotte, NC and the Yankee Dental Congress. She is an active member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, The Speaking Consulting Network, and the Institue of Management Consultants.
Susan writes articles for such prestigious dental journals as Dental Practice Report, and Trojan and Dental insurance Solutions newsletters. She was one of the two private sector dental management consultants elected to serve on the U.S. Air Force Dental Clinics DCO (Dental Clinic Optimization) program in 2003/2004.Susan is featured in Dentistry Today's 10th Annual Leaders in Dental Consulting 2008.
