The longer you wait, the more your practice will lose. Over the past two decades we have developed and constantly updated our telephone consultation format, our doctor and staff questionnaires, as well as the information requested forms. In other words, we know 90% of the practice problems before our on-site consultation visit. Being there for the personal interviews, and the observation of the office "in action" confirms our initial off-site findings and adds a new dimension to building long term relationships with the doctor(s) and team members. Our second (or third or fourth day depending on the size of the practice) is a review of findings and doctor/staff training on how to fix the problems and prevent their reoccurrence.

Many of our clients prefer, and we celebrate our client successes, by monthly monitoring and Tele-coaching during the twelve month consulting program. Other practices desire quarterly visits for more direct in office coaching. The consulting program is custom designed based on the individual practice vision and goals.

One of our unique factors is the ability to inspire every member of the team to get "on board" with the new vision and goals that are set. "Information without motivation is frustration." While some of our competitors call us "pro staff", which we are not, the client is laughing all the way to the bank! One Year Focused Consultation

This consultation opportunity is for the practice whose goals do not require two to four days in the practice. Many of our clients, regardless of the size of the practice, have found this consulting program holds the key that unlocks the secret to their practice success, making less of a consulting investment while working on fewer challenges at one time.

Prior to coming into the practice we gather pertinent information that makes our time in the practice extremely productive. The consultant will spend 8-11AM evaluating the practice to identify the five major weaknesses, 11-12PM meets with the dentist(s), 12-1PM lunch with all, and 1-5PM a review of findings and recommendations. This includes a detailed report of problems, easy solutions and anticipated outcomes, the consultation binder with close to 100 pages of valuable information, 12 months of monitoring, 12 hours of tele-consulting and 12 months of service and support.

Some may wonder how we can get their practice on a higher level of excellence in only one day. We say, it does not take long to determine the main practice problem areas, when you know what you're looking for, and give the team the tools they need to excel. Practice Analysis Consultation

Many dentists would like to know the total health of their practice. More importantly, they would like to know their three main weaknesses and how to fix them step-by-step.

Miles & Associates have developed an inexpensive Practice Analysis Consulting service. This is an overview of the practice strengths and weaknesses that are discussed during a one hour telephone consultation. Realize the true health of your practice.

Once you have registered, we will fax or email a practice analysis form. Upon receipt of this information your consultant will evaluate the overall health of your practice and will schedule a one-hour teleconference call. You and your staff will be on your way to making practical changes with your valuable new information which will have you on your way to success you only dreamed possible!
