SUCCESS STRATEGIES
(Five Sure Fire Ways to Increase Productivity)
During Seminars I am constantly asked, “What are the five major changes that take place in a dental practice after a consultation that creates a 20-40% increase in productivity?” While there are certainly more than five, and not all practices have the same needs, for this lively keynote I will outline the five major changes that have taken place in a majority of the dental practices we have closely monitored.
Many dentists struggle with day-to-day issues that can and should be avoided, if in fact they have these five strategies in place. The question is, have they outlined their practice vision to their team and are they committed to having a practice that is stress-free and much more productive? Many successful dentists are accused of “being lucky.” LUCK is a four-letter word spelled W-O-R-K. These lucky and successful dentists work diligently to provide the highest level of care. They have interviewed well and retained top-notch employees and they constantly hone the necessary skills for their success.
Come to see how your practice measures up. Start enjoying your practice more as you move toward fixing the easy to mend daily weaknesses such as broken appointments, communication glitches, scheduling errors and lack of leadership at all levels that keeps you from reaching your full potential. Dentistry, by the way, should be fun, exciting and rewarding for patients, dentists and the entire team.
